About HERISM
HERISM makes skincare for a longer horizon. Our premise is simple: skin is a long-term asset, not a short-term appearance problem. It doesn't change overnight — it changes over a thousand nights, through a thousand small acts that compound.
The brand takes its name from three readings of the letter M. M is the Roman numeral for one thousand. M is the matrix — the collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid that hold skin up. M is mitochondria, the cellular energy that ageing science studies closely. Her is M. M is a thousand.
We formulate at percentages we're willing to print, describe mechanisms honestly, and avoid urgency in everything we say. There are no countdowns here.
Shipping
We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more; below that threshold, standard shipping is $6.00. Express shipping is $12.00.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders leave our facility within one to two business days. Standard delivery typically arrives in three to five business days after dispatch; express delivery in one to two business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can occur.
You'll receive tracking by email as soon as a label is created. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide, so please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 14 days and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by applicable state and local law.
Returns & Refunds
If a product isn't right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Both opened and unopened products are eligible — we would rather you tell us it didn't suit your skin than keep something you won't use.
To start a return, email hello@herism.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label for U.S. orders. Once your return is received and inspected, we issue a refund to the original payment method within five to ten business days; the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable. Refunds cover the product price and any original shipping charge only when the return is due to our error.
To cancel or change an order, email us within one hour of placing it. After that, it may already be in fulfillment.
Privacy
This notice explains what personal information HERISM collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to herism.com and related services.
What we collect. Identifiers such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number; commercial information such as products purchased and order history; payment information processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers); internet activity such as pages viewed and device or browser information; and any information you send us directly.
Why we use it. To process and deliver orders, provide customer care, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, improve the site, and — if you opt in — send you email such as The Long Count.
Sharing. We share information with service providers who work on our behalf: payment processors, shipping carriers, email and analytics providers, and fulfillment partners. We do not sell your personal information for money.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share; to request deletion; to request correction of inaccurate information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, including cross-context behavioral advertising. Some advertising cookies may be considered "sharing" under California law; you can opt out by emailing us or by using the Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, email hello@herism.com. We will verify your request using information associated with your account or order, and you may use an authorized agent. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Retention and security. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Mobile information and text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our messaging platform, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text message opt-in data is never sold, and opting out of texts does not affect your ability to order.
SMS messaging and consent
HERISM (operated by WATCHER VIEW LLC) sends SMS only to users who provide express written consent by ticking the opt-in box on our signup forms. Consent is never pre-ticked and is not a condition of any purchase.

Opting out and help. Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and can reply HELP or contact hello@herism.com for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We retain records of consent, including the date, time and the form used to collect it.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Program. HERISM Texts is a recurring marketing text message program operated by HERISM. Messages may include product news, restocks, order and cart reminders, and promotional offers.
How to join. You may opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website, or by texting a keyword to our number where offered. By opting in you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from HERISM at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you enter.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies — approximately 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges are your responsibility.
Opting out (STOP). You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP we will send one final confirmation message, and you will receive no further marketing texts unless you opt in again. You may also email hello@herism.com to be removed.
Help (HELP). Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@herism.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, carrier, or coverage. The program is available to U.S. mobile subscribers on participating carriers.
Privacy. Information you provide is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your use of the program is also subject to our Terms of Service.
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please update or cancel your subscription so messages are not sent to someone else.
Terms of Service
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase.
Orders and pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work to keep product descriptions and pricing accurate, but errors can occur; we may correct errors, cancel an affected order, and refund you in full. We may also limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion.
Product information. HERISM products are cosmetics intended for external use. Statements about ingredients describe how they are understood to work and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Patch test new products, follow label directions, and consult a healthcare professional about medical concerns.
Wellness services. Program pages describing clinician-guided wellness are general information, not medical advice, and no outcome is promised. Clinical services are provided by licensed clinicians who determine appropriateness individually.
Intellectual property. The HERISM name, logo, text, imagery, and site design are owned by HERISM and may not be reproduced without permission. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape it at scale.
Disclaimers and liability. Except where prohibited by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and our aggregate liability arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
