Our story
Her is M. M is a thousand.
HERISM began with a quiet disagreement: skin is not a short-term appearance problem to be fixed before Friday. It is a long-term asset, and it responds to the same thing every long-term asset responds to — consistency across time.
In Roman numerals, M is one thousand. A thousand nights is roughly three years: long enough for a habit to become a structure, and short enough to begin tonight.

Our philosophy
Compounding over correcting
We run on patience, not panic. Nothing here is timed to a sale or a season — it's timed to your skin's own pace. Small acts, repeated, outperform dramatic ones abandoned.
Structure over surface
A finish can be bought in an hour; a barrier and a matrix are built across months. We formulate for what holds skin up, not for what photographs well tonight.
Honesty about mechanism
We say what an ingredient does, at what percentage, and what it reasonably cannot do. No countdowns, no miracle language, no fear.
The Practice
A thousand nights.
Night is the unit of time. A thousand mornings, a thousand mirrors, a thousand small acts that compound. No single night matters. Every night counts — which is exactly why nothing has to be perfect.
The Thousand
One jar of M lasts about seventy nights. The Thousand is our refill practice: when yours is running low, the next one arrives — so Night 1,001 is simply the night after Night 1,000, and nothing about the routine has to restart.
